Diatx®Zn is a Medical Food indicated for the distinct nutritional requirements of patients under a physician's treatment for hyperhomocysteinemia with particular emphasis for those individuals diagnosed with chronic kidney disease (CKD), end stage renal disease (ESRD) or dialysis.
